Lead Score Global Models
Global Models gives you the ability to use Einstein Lead Scoring for all of your leads, regardless of the size or condition of your data set. Global models will provide a predictive lead scoring option for customers that do not have a good data shape or enough of the right kinds of data to create a valid, accurate model. This gives you the ability to use anonymous, aggregated data to score your leads until you generate enough good data.
Multi-Account Management (Communities)
Managing multiple accounts has never been easier. Now, you can manage user administration across multiple accounts – including user access, passwords, and permissions. Individuals can navigate between all of the different accounts that they have access to without ever needing to log out and back in.
Opportunity Deal Change Highlights
This feature highlights changes in your pipeline, allowing you to easily see updated information like new amounts and close dates. New, color coded indicators show up or down amount trends and forward or backward date trends. The ability to spot these changes at a glance can help your sales team focus on the deals that need immediate attention or action. This change applies to Lightning Experience in Unlimited Edition.
