Cloud on Tap was a great partner in helping us leverage the power of Salesforce CPQ to mirror our manual quoting process for our highly customized products and services. Not only were they able to nail down the quotation process, but also built in other critical back-end components that help us operationally for demand planning and forecasting, all within the CPQ module. Their team and staff were extremely knowledgeable about CPQ and how it the module would need to integrate into our existing sales workflow.
